DESPATCH

We aim to despatch your order that day if received by 12.00. in any case it should be with you within 48 hours.

We will confirm your order by e mail and will let you know if there are any items which we cannot deliver straight away.

We will require a signature for receipt of your order and if the carriers are unable to deliver on that day they will try the next.Please select a delivery address where a signature can be obtained.

Please let us know if there any special delivery instructions that you would like to let us know of.

CARRIAGE COSTS

UK mainland

Our UK mainland carriage costs are calculated by weight and size and these can be seen on the 'checkout'page when you are ordering.

Our carriage charges refelct the cost of packing and postage by Royal Mail and may be considerably lower than charges shown below.

Weight up to 100 grams £1.39 or less
250 grams £1.72 or less
500 grams £2.24 or less
1kg £3.35 or less
1.5kg £6.00 or less
2kg £6.60 or less
4kg £8.50 or less
Over 5kg £10.00 or less

We attempt to make sure that all goods that are shown on the site are in stock ,however in exceptional circumstances we may not have your requirements available.We will advise you by e mail or telephone if this situation arises.

Outside UK

We do not supply goods outside UK.

PAYMENTS

We accept the Visa,Switch,Mastercard and American Express cards for payment.

No money is taken from your account until the goods are actually despatched.

PRICING

All prices are quoted in sterling and are inclusive of taxes.

RETURNS

If the goods received by you are faulty and you are not satisfied with your purchase due to manufacturing defect or because of damage while in transit,pleaase return them unused within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a replacement or provide a full refund.

If the goods are not faulty and you wish to return them for any reason you should contact us.

All returns should be authorised by us and returned to us unused and in original packing within 7 days.

Refunds will only be given for goods received back in unused condition.items not in a re-sellable condition will be subject to inspection.refunds will be the full invoice price less any carriage charges.
